Inbowls and Leisure (Sports Surfaces) Ltd, fully realise that good after-sales service and maintenance is absolutely essential to any contract undertaken by the company.
For any new installation, any work to be carried out within 12 months of completion will be free of charge
For each new installation completed, one of our Directors will personally sign the job off to ensure that everything is done to the customer’s satisfaction
After 12 months completion a ‘Premier’ Maintenance Contract will be offered to ensure that the bowling green performs to its ultimate performance, and fulfils the terms of the guarantee
We will be pleased to maintain any type of indoor bowling greens at very reasonable costs
WORK INCLUDED IN OUR ‘PREMIER’ MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Underwrite the guarantee of any bowling surface on which work is carried out
Either one or two visits per annum, to include -
Re-tensioning the bowling surface
Check the green speed before and after re-tensioning
Check condition of underlay and make any recommendations
Check seams and stitching
Check carpet gripper and renew where necessary
Check state of banks and ditches, rink dividers and numbers with minor repairs as necessary
Option to clean the green at a supplementary price
OUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS WILL BE SENT TO EACH CLUB BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR BUT SHOULD YOUR CLUB REQUIRE A COPY URGENTLY PLEASE CONTACT US.
